Buy American Products

If you're tired of poisoning your kids with lead-painted toys from China or killing your pets with melamine-laced Chinese pet food, you may be wondering what you can buy that's made in America. Joe Hatfield, head of Wal-Mart's retail operations in China, says, "If you stop stuff abroad from coming into the U.S., it would mean $180 blue jeans. Is that what Americans want?" (Time article).  

I guess Joe has never visited the apparel page of www.stillmadeinusa.com. I try to buy American products whenever possible. I don't have time to drive from store to store, or search for hours on-line. The purpose of StillMadeinUSA is to share with other shoppers some of the great manufacturers, retailers, and craftspeople who still produce quality products in America.
